 Adrienne L. Blum Principal. Adrienne L. Blum has been providing human resources consulting services through the consulting firm that she initiated in 2005. Prior to founding ALB resources, Adrienne served as Director of Human Resources at two nonprofit organizations: Center for Citizen Initiatives and Rainforest Action Network. As an executive team member, she was. responsible for the. human resources for a staff of thirty employees and handled functions including benefits, payroll, hiring processes, disciplinary procedures, and legal compliance.  She overhauled the human resource systems such as employee handbook and leave policies; and risk management and insurance. Adrienne holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Western New England College, Springfield, MA.
